I recently enjoyed an exceptional week at the Ashanti, and I must say it exceeded all my high expectations. Despite a minor hiccup with the air conditioning at the start, the staff, especially the lovely Ketut, demonstrated remarkable efficiency, quickly addressing our concerns and even offering a surprise birthday celebration that truly touched my heart. The villa itself was stunning and more beautiful than showcased in photos, providing a tranquil sitting area that perfectly complemented its gorgeous surroundings. I was particularly impressed by the delicious complimentary breakfast each day, featuring an array of options, and the excellent French press coffee that became my morning ritual.
